Child Safety Policy

Trends has a zero-tolerance approach to any acts of abuse, exploitation and/or sexualization involving children. Our app complies with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as our “Child Safety Standards” policy, prioritizing children’s safety and well-being above all else.

Policies

  • By using the App, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the App.
  • Sexual exploitation, including solicitation, and abuse of minors (anyone under the age of 18) is prohibited. Incidents involving minors will be reported to NCMEC and/or other authorities in accordance with applicable law.
  • Users who have been convicted of crimes against children are prohibited from using Trends. Crimes include, but are not limited to, sexual assault, physical abuse or neglect, and trafficking.
  • Trends uses automated and manual systems to detect underage content as well as Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (“CSEA”). Any attempt to circumvent these systems is prohibited.
  • Sharing, creating, or distributing content involving child sexual abuse or exploitation is prohibited.
  • Child nudity or sexual fetishization may not be depicted in drawings, animations, or other art forms.
  • Engaging in, threatening, encouraging, or enabling acts of physical violence against children is prohibited.

Reporting Mechanism

  • Incidents involving minor abuse will be reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
  • Users can report potential violations using the in-app reporting function or by contacting us at support@trends.fun.

Execution Measures

  • All violations of the Child Safety Policy will result in account penalty.
  • Depending on the severity of the violation, Trends may cooperate with law enforcement agencies for investigations.
